Limits to check

• Basic includes 3.3 hours of Fast GPU time per month, Standard 15 hours, Pro 30 hours, and Mega 60 hours. Standard, Pro, and Mega include unlimited image generation in Relax Mode. Fast time resets monthly and does not roll over. Relax wait times vary with demand, so GPU hours and mode labels should not be converted into a fixed image count or speed promise.
• Creations are public and remixable by default and can appear on Midjourney's Explore page, including work made in Discord direct messages or private servers. Stealth Mode is available only on Pro and Mega. Even with Stealth enabled, work made in a public Discord channel remains visible there, and enabling Stealth does not retroactively hide earlier creations.
• Midjourney's terms say users own their generated assets to the fullest extent possible under applicable law, subject to the agreement and third-party rights. A company with more than $1 million in annual revenue must use Pro or Mega to own assets. The terms also grant Midjourney a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable license to inputs and outputs, disclaim non-infringement warranties, and leave responsibility for rights and suitability with the user.
• Midjourney's privacy policy lists prompts and uploaded images as personal data and says personal data may be used to improve the service, but it does not state whether customer content is used to train Midjourney's generative models. Treat that training use as unknown.
