Anthropic lists claude-opus-4-1-20250805 as retired on August 5, 2026 and recommends claude-opus-4-8. Its documentation also says nondefault temperature, top_p and top_k are rejected on Claude 4.7 and later; Python SDK v1.0+ removes those parameters.
